Data Deletion Request
You can ask ZOE Pet Food to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, whether you sent us a quote request, exchanged emails with our sales team, or messaged us on WhatsApp. Submit the form below and we confirm within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted
Once your identity is confirmed, we remove the following from our systems and from our sales tools:
- Your name, email address, company name, and country submitted through any inquiry form on this site
- Product type, estimated quantity, and the project brief text you wrote
- Email and WhatsApp conversation history with our sales team
- Technical data attached to your submission: IP address, page URL, referrer, and timestamp
What We May Need To Keep
Some records cannot be deleted on request because export and accounting law requires us to retain them:
- Order and invoice records for shipments already made, kept for the statutory retention period.
- Customs and export documentation tied to a completed transaction.
- Records under active dispute or required for a legal claim, until the matter is closed.
These records are locked from sales and marketing use. Everything outside this list is deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.
How The Process Works
Submit The Form
Use the email address you originally contacted us with, so we can locate your record.
Identity Check
We reply from arlo@zoepetfood.com to confirm the request came from you. No documents required.
Deletion
Your records are removed from our inquiry database, mailbox, and sales tools.
Written Confirmation
You receive an email confirming what was deleted and what, if anything, we are legally required to retain.
Request Deletion
Fill in the email address you used when contacting us. If you reached us only through WhatsApp, add the number in the message field so we can match the record.
You Can Just Ask Us To Stop
If the issue is follow-up frequency rather than the data itself, tell Arlo and we stop contacting you while keeping your quote history in case you come back. Either way, your brief is never shared with other buyers.
