Private label soft chews · bottles and pouches

Soft Chew Packaging Development

Choose soft-chew packaging around the selected pieces, proposed fill, opening and storage requirements, and the information your label needs to carry.

ZoePetSup can discuss bottle, stand-up pouch and private-label sticker directions within a soft-chew project. Bring the product and sales-channel brief so the container, label and order quantities can be reviewed as one pack.

Define the product and sales pack together

Start with the selected chew and the customer experience you want the pack to support.

Identify the formula or product reference, intended species, piece format and proposed count or net weight. A bottle or pouch cannot be specified usefully without knowing what it needs to contain and how the product will be used.

Explain the sales channel and practical priorities: shelf presentation, online fulfilment, repeated opening, label area or another requirement that matters to your range. Separate essential requirements from preferences that can be reviewed.

If a current pack is your reference, describe the features you want to retain or change. A similar silhouette does not establish the material, closure or protection specification of the selected container.

Compare bottle and pouch requirements

Compare the actual pack proposal against the same product and use requirements.

Bottles and stand-up pouches are available directions for discussion. The choice is confirmed for the actual product, count or net weight, closure, label and handling needs.

Avoid assuming a pack feature from a development photograph. Request the selected physical pack and relevant specification before treating the container as approved for your product.

Describe the protection and use conditions

Give the packaging review a defined product and storage context.

Shelf life and packaging suitability are confirmed for the selected formula, piece and pack with the relevant supporting information. A bottle or pouch format alone does not establish a duration or performance result.

AREA 01

Before opening

Describe the expected storage and distribution conditions and the product information needed to assess the proposed pack. Agree which protection questions require validation.

AREA 02

During use

Explain repeated opening, closure and handling requirements important to the customer. Confirm the selected pack features and any use instructions with the product.

AREA 03

Shipment and presentation

Identify relevant carton, handling and sales-channel requirements. Review the finished pack rather than treating the container and shipping arrangement as unrelated choices.

DEFINE THE REQUIREMENTS THAT MATTER

Give the pack a defined use context.

Explain opening, protection, storage and distribution priorities.

Give the label enough room for the right information

Connect the selected pack template with the product, market and approved language version.

Illustrative print review; the approved file, physical proof and production pack must be matched for the project.

Provide the product details, proposed directions for use, count or net weight and wording your reviewers need to assess. Confirm the label area or printer template before the final layout is treated as ready.

Where a range has several formulas, languages or fill sizes, keep the correct file attached to each SKU. A shared brand design still needs the right product values and version reference for the pack it identifies.

Agree which proof is reviewed and who approves the final file. Layout, material appearance and the actual product information are different review questions, and the accepted file should remain connected to the order.

Plan your OEM project

Separate product and packaging quantities

State quantities for each formula, container and label combination.

Product and packaging minimums are quoted separately for soft-chew projects. A single total across several formulas or label versions may not explain the quantities needed for the individual combinations.

If you are changing an existing pack, identify the earlier reference and what is different. Ask for the current arrangements rather than assuming that a previous bottle, pouch or label order establishes the new quotation.

Review the physical pack before the order handoff

Confirm the container, fill and label with the selected product.

Sample, proof and validation arrangements are agreed for the project. Bring any required documentation or acceptance questions into the discussion before the pack is connected to a production order.

01

Define the pack brief

List product, piece, fill, channel and practical priorities.

02

Review the container

Discuss material, closure, physical fit and information needs.

03

Check the sample and proof

Review the selected pack and the correct label version.

04

Confirm the order mix

Link the approved references to quantities and shipment requirements.

Soft-chew packaging questions

Choose the pack for the selected product and actual order scope.

01

Can we discuss bottles and pouches?

Yes. Bottle, stand-up pouch and private-label sticker directions are available for discussion. Confirm the selected product, fill, container and label requirements together.

02

Is a count per bottle enough to choose the container?

Include the piece format and proposed count or net weight, then review physical fit, closure, label area and practical use requirements with the selected pack.

03

Does a particular pack guarantee shelf life?

No shelf-life duration follows from the format alone. Confirm the selected formula, product and packaging combination with the relevant validation information.

04

Can we use our own brand artwork?

Provide the product and market information, design files and language versions. Confirm the actual pack template, proof and approval reference for the project.

05

Are product and packaging minimums the same?

They are quoted separately for the selected product and pack. Send quantities by formula, container, fill and artwork version for review.

06

What should a pack enquiry include?

Send the product reference, intended species, piece format, fill, preferred pack, market, languages, practical requirements and quantity per combination.
