Private label pet food · reorder planning
Repeat Pet Food Order Control
Plan a repeat pet food order with clear product and pack versions, an agreed batch reference and a visible list of proposed changes.
Send ZoePetSup the previous product or order reference and explain what should stay the same and what you want to change. We can review the current specification, packaging, quantities and delivery requirements before confirming the new order scope.

Make changes, quantities and approval requirements explicit.
Your repeat order decisions
Prepare the next order with clear references
Plan your OEM project
Identify the product you want to reorder
Start with a specific product, accepted sample and pack version rather than a range name alone.
A repeat enquiry should identify the previous order or product reference and the specification your team intends to use. Include species, life stage, formula direction, flavour and pack size where they distinguish products in the range.
Name the sample reference used for physical review and identify the current artwork file for each pack. A similar bag or product name can otherwise hide a different formula, language or net-weight version.
If your business uses its own SKU numbers, include them alongside the supplier references. That makes it easier to discuss the same product and pack combination throughout the quotation, quality and shipment handoffs.

Plan your OEM project
Confirm what carries forward into the new order
List the current reference and the requested position for every important part of the order.
Use one current matrix if several products or pack sizes are being reordered. Show zero, changed or new quantities explicitly so a previous order mix is not assumed to be the new instruction.
A previous price, minimum or delivery arrangement is a useful reference for discussion. Current availability, commercial terms and production arrangements need confirmation for the new scope.
| Order element | Identify the reference | Confirm for the next order |
|---|---|---|
| Food specification | Product and specification version. | Whether the selected product stays the same or needs review. |
| Physical sample | Accepted sample or other agreed comparison reference. | The questions to assess and any requested revision. |
| Packaging | Bag or container, net weight and label version. | The correct format and file for each SKU. |
| Quantity | Previous and proposed quantity by SKU and pack. | Current commercial scope and applicable minimums. |
| Market and delivery | Destination, party details and previous delivery basis. | Current requirements and the event by which goods are needed. |
Plan your OEM project
Make proposed changes visible before approval
Separate product, packaging and commercial changes so their effects can be assessed.
Agree how proposed changes are reviewed and which person can approve the new version. Keep accepted requirements and unresolved requests distinct in the discussion; an informal comment should not silently become the instruction for a different product.
Product changes
Describe any ingredient, formula, flavour or physical requirement you want reviewed. Identify the affected SKU and which sample or specification questions need to be resolved.
Pack and label changes
List changes to the bag, net weight, design, language or required wording. Connect each file to the correct product and market.
Order changes
Show new quantities, range combinations, destination or delivery requirements. Ask how the changed scope affects the quotation and planning assumptions.
DEFINE THE REQUIREMENTS THAT MATTER
Separate continuity from a requested change.
Identify the baseline and the decision needed for each revised requirement.
Plan your OEM project
Connect batch review with the selected specification
Agree the product information, sample comparison and records needed for the new order.

Identify the characteristics your quality team will compare with the approved reference. Physical appearance, a product specification and a batch test report provide different information; confirm which evidence supports each acceptance question.
Discuss the relevant finished testing, retained samples and batch traceability records for the selected product. Ask how the goods, results and pack references are connected so your reviewer can follow the new batch through the handoff.
A repeat order does not remove the need to identify the batch or review a changed requirement. Define the agreed acceptance basis and how a discrepancy or requested change reaches the responsible contacts.
Plan your OEM project
Plan the reorder against current requirements
Provide the demand and delivery context without treating a previous schedule as a standing commitment.
Tell us if some products are more urgent than others, or if the range has changed since the previous shipment. Discuss the options against the accepted product and pack rather than assuming every SKU can follow the same arrangement.
If a new destination or importer is involved, provide the current document and label requirements for review. A previously shipped product or document set should not be treated as automatic confirmation for a new market.
| Planning input | What to send | What to review |
|---|---|---|
| Needed stock event | The destination and date the business needs goods available. | The actual production and delivery scope to assess. |
| Demand by SKU | Estimated quantities for each product and pack. | Current minimums, order mix and commercial assumptions. |
| Open decisions | Any pending product, sample or artwork approval. | The decisions that must be completed before the next stage. |
| Required records | Current quality and importer document requests. | Availability, references and handoff responsibilities. |
Plan your OEM project
Release one clear instruction for the new order
Keep the latest approved range, changes and quantities in the same handoff.
A concise reorder brief can be enough to start the discussion. The useful detail is the connection between the earlier accepted product, the current request and any decision that needs fresh review.
Identify the baseline
Send the previous order and selected product and pack references.
List the changes
Separate food, packaging, quantity and market requests.
Review the current scope
Confirm samples, records, commercial terms and planning needs.
Confirm the order
Use the agreed versions and responsibilities for the new shipment.
READY FOR THE NEXT STEP?
Confirm the current instruction for the order.
Keep the accepted product, pack, quantities and records connected.
Plan your OEM project
Repeat pet food order questions
Make continuity and change explicit before confirming the next order.
01What should we send for a repeat order?
Provide the previous order or product reference, the current specification and pack versions, quantities by SKU, destination and delivery needs. List every requested change.
02Can we use the previous sample as a reference?
Identify that sample and the questions it is intended to resolve. Agree the specification, batch information and acceptance basis for the new order.
03Can we change the bag while keeping the food direction?
Describe the requested bag, net weight or artwork change and identify the affected product. Packaging and label requirements need review for the new version.
04Do previous prices and minimums apply automatically?
Use them as references, then confirm current commercial terms and applicable product or packaging minimums for the requested order mix.
05How should formula changes be handled?
State the proposed change against the current product reference. Discuss its feasibility, sample and specification effects, label implications and approval requirements.
06What changes when we add another market?
Provide that market’s current product, label, importer and document needs. Review them for the selected food and pack rather than relying on the earlier shipment alone.
